Your privacy is important to UXPIPELINE S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company located at Nuferilor 58, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, with the VAT number RO48406926 (“uxpipeline”, “we” or “us”). When we refer to “personal information” or “personal data” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that identifies or which could reasonably be used to identify an individual.

In this Privacy Policy, we provide information about how we collect, use and transfer personal information about any user or visitor (“you”) of our websites, mobile applications and online services (“Online Services”) where these services directly link to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

What personal information do we collect?

  • Contact and Request Information: We collect personal information that allows us to be in contact with you (such as name, email address, phone number and address) and other personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us with a question, comment or request in relation to our products and services.

These publicly available sources include public profiles on company websites and professional networking. We may also provide public bulletin boards or forums on our Online Services. Please note that any personal information you post via these bulletin boards or forums may be accessible to the public.

How do we use your personal information

We use your personal information to provide and optimize our products and services. In particular, we use:

  • Contact and Request Information to respond to your comments, questions and requests, and provide you with any product documentation or whitepapers you request. As permitted by applicable law, including with your consent where required, we may use your contact information to provide you with marketing communications, promotional offers and updates on new services and benefits.

What personal information do we disclose?

UXPIPELINE may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary:

  • To protect and defend the rights or property of UXPIPELINE;

UXPIPELINE will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Your rights

Under the terms and for the effects of Article 13 and the following of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("RGPD"), uxpipeline reports that:

  • The data collected shall be retained for no longer than necessary, for the use expressly referred to in the preceding paragraph;

  • The right to access your personal data made available through this document, as well as to its consultation, rectification, updating or erasure and the limitation of its treatment;

  • The right to oppose the processing of your data;

  • The right to exercise the portability of your personal data;

  • The right to withdraw consent in relation to the processing of personal data contained in this document;

  • The right to lodge a complaint near the competent supervisory authority in accordance with the laws of Romania, obtaining, for that purpose, from UXPIPELINE, the needed contacts;

  • The right to obtain information on the purposes of the processing of your data, the categories of data involved, the identity of the addressees to whom they have been disclosed and the period for the retention of personal data or the criteria used to define such a deadline;

  • The right to be informed about which personal data is being processed and to obtain a copy of such data, the copy being provided in electronic form, unless otherwise requested by the holder;

  • The right to obtain from uxpipeline the rectification of personal data, which is inaccurate, or to complete your data;

  • The right to obtain from uxpipeline the deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") without undue delay, forcing uxpipeline to erase such personal data, in particular as to the fulfilment of a legal obligation, as well as in the case of the data subject being opposed to the respective treatment and/or has withdrawn the consent previously provided.

Third-party websites

Our Online Services may include links to third-party applications, products, services, or websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave our Online Services. UXPIPELINE does not control these third-party sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our practices. The uxpipeline Privacy Policy does not cover the personal data you choose to provide to or that is collected by these third parties. UXPIPELINE may also provide social media features, such as the Facebook or X (former Twitter) buttons that enable you to share information with your social networks to interact with uxpipeline on various social media websites. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you depending on each specific social media website. This may include your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Persons under the age of 18

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a minor under 18 years old, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
